Hey, I’m Jen, the creator behind Bake Mixology. I’ve been baking for nearly two decades, and for several of those years, I ran a custom cake business called Blue Sky Treats. I loved creating custom cakes and desserts, but over time, life got busy and I lost the spark that first drew me to the kitchen.

Bake Mixology became my way back. A reminder that baking doesn’t have to be perfect or time consuming to be delicious. These days, my counters are a little crowded. There’s flour in the air, and a few tools might still be out, but that’s all part of the fun! It’s about flavor, laughter, and that I actually made this feeling!
